Human Resource Manager/Executive
The candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise - wise strategic initiatives in HR to meet the challenges of growth, benchmarking and adopting the best practices and managing retention. The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated individual with sound knowledge and exposure to implementation of best practices in HR combined with excellent communication skills to handle employees from different geographical and cross cultural background.
Qualifications and Experience
MBA (HR) OR Postgraduates with relevant qualification with at least 3 to 6 years of relevant experience. Candidates with experience in Informatics industry or IT/ITES sectors would be given preference.
Remuneration will be at par with the best in the industry. All positions are based in Bangalore.
